Musicfest NW announces initial line-up

Bad Brains, Girl Talk, Sunny Day Real Estate and Mudhoney are among the acts confirmed for this year's Willamette Week's Musicfest NW, to be held Sept. 16-19 at various venues around the Portland, OR, metropolitan area. Explosions in the Sky, Beach House and Pains of Being Pure at Heart are also among the numerous national and regional acts on the bill, according to a press release.

Fun Fun Fun lineup announced

Bad Brains build a comeback album

Legendary punk band Bad Brains is set to return with several live appearances and a new album, the band's first studio release since a dub-influenced effort in 2002.
