Friday at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, Cheap Trick paid tribute to themselves by performing their 1979 album "Dream Police," backed by an orchestra and a four-man choir.
Cheap Trick has pulled out of a Vancouver concert after learning that the stage for that show was constructed by the same company that built the stage that collapsed on the band in Ottowa on July 17th.
Cheap Trick barely escaped before the stage collapsed in a freak storm during the Ottawa Bluesfest.
An orchestra will augment the licks of Cheap Trick when the veteran rockers play songs from their 1979 album "Dream Police," along with other favorites, during a special series of shows in Milwaukee next year.
