Mekons back with a new album, tour to follow

The legendary British collective The Mekons are celebrating their 26th album release by taking to the road, where they will divide their shows into performances billed as either 'a quiet night in with the acoustic Mekons or 'a wild night out with the electrified Mekons.' // Tour dates at SoundSpike July 19, 2011 - A new Mekons album titled "Ancient & Modern" is due out Sept. 27, and the band will tour in support of the set.
