April 27, 2000 - LFO, B* B*Witched, Blaque, Hoku, and No Authority are among the acts who will appear at this year's Nickelodeon All That Music & More Festival, a tour launched last year by the cable network. Nickelodeon is owned by Viacom, which counts MTV and VH1 among its properties.
