July 1, 2008 - Ziggy Marley, Jason Mraz, Natasha Bedingfield and Big Head Todd and the Monsters are among the artists confirmed to play Sept. 12-14 at the West Beach Music & Arts Festival in Santa Barbara, CA, one of the only US festivals that takes place right on the beach, according to a press release.
