Green Day is stepping in for Jane's Addiction at the Live 105 Not So Silent Night show in Oakland tonight (12/9) as last-moment replacements. A family medical emergency related to Jane's Addiction drummer Stephen Perkins has forced Jane's Addiction out of the headliner slot at the show.
Green Day has announced plans to play a surprise show at the 500-capacity Red 7 club in Austin, TX, tonight, but tickets were snapped up within minutes.
Green Day will play an intimate club show for charity on Aug. 19 at The Tiki Bar in Costa Mesa, CA.
