February 8, 2000 - No Doubt has announced the first 11 dates of a spring tour in support of its soon-to-be-released fourth album. "Return of Saturn," due April 11, will be No Doubt's first new LP since the quartet's 1995 smash breakthrough, "Tragic Kingdom."
