October 27, 2005 - Fenix TX, which called it quits back in 2002, has reconvened for a run on the U.S. club and theater circuit that backs the group's forthcoming concert album, "Purple Reign in Blood - Live."
August 16, 2005 - Neil Young, who released his first Reprise Records album in 1969 and has remained with the label since, has signed a new, "long-term recording agreement" with the company, according to a press release.
September 25, 2000 - Fenix TX will set out on a 44-date fall headlining tour that is set to kick off in Columbia, S.C., on Oct. 2, according to the band’s official website. The group is touring in support of its self-titled debut, which was released in July of last year.
June 6, 2000 - Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker broke one of his fingers during a fight in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio on Sunday (6/4) and will not be able to perform during the rest of the band's summer tour. Fenix TX guitarist Damon Delapaz, whose band is opening for Blink-182, will fill in for Barker.
October 12, 1999 - Initial ticket sales for Blink 182's upcoming fall/winter tour are stronger than expected, according to House of Blues Concerts. The tour is the first to take flight under the HOB Concerts banner since the restaurant and nightclub chain bought the Universal Concerts promotions firm.
