April 27, 2009 - The Stagecoach Festival may take place in the exact same
location--Empire Polo Fields, Indio, CA--as the more famous Coachella fest, but the so-called "Country Coachella" is a different kettle of fish altogether. In addition to top-tier country acts, the event has a county fair atmosphere, with attractions like a barbecue cook-off, a petting zoo for the kids, plenty of horses to look at, and a mechanical bull.
April 17, 2009 - Timothy B. Schmit will make a special appearance with Poco for the band's previously announced reunion show April 26 at the Stagecoach festival in Indio, CA, according to a press release.
