Two releases revisit Creedence Clearwater Revival's early work

Two Creedence Clearwater Revival collections--a live album and a covers set--will hit stores next week (5/26) as part of Fantasy Records' continued reissue program, which last year marked CCR's 40th anniversary with the re-release of the band's first six studio albums, according to a press release.

Creedence Clearwater Revival reissues on the way

Creedence Clearwater Revival's first six albums will be reissued Sept. 30, with bonus material including b-sides, and unreleased studio and live tracks. The albums--"Creedence Clearwater Revival," "Bayou Country," "Green River," "Willy & the Poor Boys," "Cosmo's Factory" and "Pendulum"--all were originally released between 1968 and 1970.
