April 28, 2009 - Jerry Cantrell will perform at a fundraiser for Wayne Kramer this Friday (5/1) at New York City's Nokia Theater in Times Square, according to a press release. The Alice In Chains' co-vocalist/guitarist will honor the MC5 punk-rock pioneer and activist along with several special guests including Iggy Pop, Tom Morello and Perry Farrell. All of the money raised at the benefit concert will go directly to support the treatment of children and young adults who suffer from adversities such as addiction, physical and sexual abuse and chronic illness.
