Green River Ordinance plots spring course

Fort Worth rockers Green River Ordinance will continue supporting last year's "Out of My Hands" with a spring itinerary of US club shows.

SXSW Performer: Green River Ordinance (Fort Worth, TX)

Comprised of brothers Geoff and Jamey Ice, along with Josh Jenkins, Joshua Wilkerson and Denton Hunker, Green River Ordinance has already seen significant success in the Longhorn State. The band, which has the popock chops of Matchbox Twenty, has shared the stage with Blue October, Bowling for Soup, Flickerstick and Simple Plan. The Ice brothers reportedly have music in their veins--at one time, their music-loving parents followed The Grateful Dead. Green River Ordinance's EP, "Way Back Home," was released in early 2007, followed by its major-label debut, "Out of My Hands." The album was produced by Mark Endert (Natasha Bedingfield, Maroon 5), Jordan Critz and Paul Ebersold (Sister Hazel, 3 Doors Down).
