The 2012 edition of Southern California's Stagecoach festival reads like a who's who of country music, with Brad Paisley, Jason Aldean, Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton among the scheduled acts.
The Stagecoach Music Festival 2011 took place over the weekend (4/30 - 5/1). The two-day event is fast becoming known as a "Country Coachella," in part because it takes place in the exact same location, Empire Polo Fields in Indio, CA.
This year's Stagecoach festival, which closed out on Sunday (5/1), will find a home in the history books on two points. Organizers are expected to announce record attendance levels, and the festival was likely the largest impromptu celebration site in the nation on Sunday night following the Obama announcement of the death of 9/11 mastermind Osama bin Laden in Pakistan.
