Katy Perry logs her first No. 1 album

With the nation's No. 1 single already secured, Katy Perry shoots straight to the top of the album-sales chart this week. Perry's "Teenage Dream" sold 192,000 copies during the week that ended Aug. 29, enough for her first No. 1 album, according to data compiled by Nielsen SoundScan.
