March 7, 2008 - New Yorkers Longwave have been doing the brooding-then-bright indie-rock routine for a while--before Editors or The Killers hit the scene. These guys laid the groundwork for everything the indie melodic rock genre has become; and they still do it better than most. Steady drum beats, ambitious walls of intense guitars and pensive, dreamy vocals team up to make something immediately listenable, and ultimately blissful. The band is now recording its fourth full-length album.
September 7, 2007 - Indie rockers Robbers on High Street will launch a pair of co-headlining tours this fall as they continue to support their sophomore album, July's "Grand Animals."
