January 28, 2011 - Charlie Louvin, who died Tuesday (1/26) at the age of 84, was half of one of the greatest country music duos in history with his brother Ira. They started working in 1940 and continued up through 1963, when each went solo. Ira was killed in a car crash in 1965.
