The concert, which was expected to draw 22,000 guests, featured music by Cyrus, The USMC Drum and Bugle Corps from Washington D.C., Silent Drill Platoon, Commandant's Color Guard, 42nd Highlanders Regimental Band, San Marcos High School Marching Band and Angelique Lucia, soloist from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
