October 11, 1999 - Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young announced their first North American tour since 1974 at a press conference Tuesday (10/12) in New York. The group's 34-city itinerary calls for a Jan. 24 launch at the Palace of Auburn Hills near Detroit and an April 19 conclusion at Kiel Center in St. Louis.
September 9, 1999 - Neil Young, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Pearl Jam, Billy Corgan and James Iha of Smashing Pumpkins, Sheryl Crow, Green Day, Lucinda Williams and Brian Wilson will be among the performers to take the stage for this year's Bridge School Benefit. The concert is set for Oct. 30-31 at its usual spot, the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, Calif.
June 4, 1999 - The Who will reunite to play acoustic sets on both days of this year's Bridge School Benefit, and Tom Waits has been lined up to perform on the first day only. Meanwhile, Crosby, Stills & Nash have dropped off the bill in the wake of the recent boating accident that left Graham Nash with two broken legs.
