October 18, 2005 - The itinerary for prog-rock trio King's X's fall club tour, which kicks off tomorrow night (10/19), has more than doubled in size, and will keep the group on the road well into December.
October 11, 2005 - Rock trio King's X gets behind its recently released album, "Ogre Tones," with a round of shows on the U.S. club and theater circuit.
October 7, 2005 - "Ogre Tones" is a return to the heavier, quirkier and majestic side of the Texas trio King's X--not to mention more succinct. A lone song, "Sooner or Later," clocks in at 7 minutes, while nine of the remaining 13 songs hover around the 3:30 mark or less.
April 24, 2003 - Fishbone and King's X--two outfits that have spent most of their careers on the fringe of the alt-rock scene--join forces for a May outing.
August 15, 2001 - King's X--which is scheduled to release a new album titled "Manic Moonlight" on Sept. 25--will team with British rockers Moke for a two-month U.S. tour that gets underway in mid-October.
