Buzzcocks to perform first two albums for North American audiences

April 2, 2010 - British punk legends Buzzcocks will launch a North American version of their "Another Bites Tour" this spring, playing their first two albums in full for fans in the US and Canada.

The band--which practically created the punk-pop genre all by itself--originally broke up in 1981, but reunited officially in 1990 and has remained together ever since. Still led by guitarist/vocalist Pete Shelley, the band issued early last year "Flat-Pack Philosophy," just its seventh studio album in a career spanning more than 20 years. --Tjames Madison
