December 22, 2008 - San Francisco's Noise Pop Festival, which will take place Feb. 24-March 1 at venues throughout the city, will feature Stephen Malkmus making his Noise Pop solo debut. The 17th annual fest also will feature Josh Ritter, Martha Wainwright, Antony & The Johnsons, No Age, A.C. Newman, Clues, St. Vincent, French Kicks, Ra Ra Riot, Broker West, The Morning Benders and The Submarines, according to a press release.
