English alt-rockers Swervedriver are revving up for a run of U.S. shows in March and April, including a March 26 performance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
Swervedriver never got to be has-beens. Plagued by horrible luck, worse timing, numerous lineup changes, four releases (two scuttled within a week of their release) and seven record companies in eight years, band leader Adam Franklin put the band to rest in 1998.
