September 6, 2005 - Veteran garage-rockers Rocket from the Crypt, who have slowed down their pace considerably in recent years, will play their farewell show on Halloween in their home base of San Diego.
February 14, 2003 - Garage-rock mainstays Rocket from the Crypt will spend their spring on the North American club circuit as they continue to back their 2002 album "Live from Camp X-Ray."
May 4, 2001 - As its title would suggest, "Group Sounds," Rocket From the Crypt's ninth full-length album, was a group effort. Recording at studios in Memphis, Los Angeles and the band's hometown of San Diego, Rocket From the Crypt worked with two drummers on the album and a host of producers and engineers, including the legendary Jim Dickinson (Big Star, the Replacements).
