February 12, 2002 - Industrial-rock act Stabbing Westward has called it quits. The quartet announced via its official website on Saturday (2/9) that the members had decided at the beginning of February to go their separate ways.
July 3, 2001 - Stabbing Westward has stepped down from the Cult- Monster Magnet tour because drummer Andrew Kubiszweski must "undergo a minor surgical procedure," the band announced. No other band has been named to take Stabbing Westward's place on the bill.
June 18, 2001 - The Cult--which recently kicked off the latest leg of a tour in support of its new album, “Beyond Good and Evil”--has filled up its previously vacant July itinerary with an extensive roster of dates, and has added several shows to its June and August schedule. The group’s current outing features Monster Magnet and Stabbing Westward.
April 10, 2001 - Stabbing Westward will introduce fans to material from its forthcoming album during a headlining club tour that is set to kick off on April 30 in Florida. The group’s self-titled follow-up to 1998’s “Darkest Days” is due in stores on May 22.
